Delivery and order

The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the (free) delivery require a maximum of 10 to 15 working days from our team. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

Your tracking number will be systematically communicated to you by email once your product has been shipped. This will allow you to track your order  with your local shipping company's tracking system (eg: LaPoste tracking in France)

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages for speed. If all your packages have arrived and you still do not have all your items, please contact our customer service by email.

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free (excluding DOM-TOM).

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed package?

With our secure delivery, Precious Cross handles disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier. We let's take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.  However, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package.  As soon as the product is received you can be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Deliveries in  Overseas France (DOM-TOM) are generally longer (up to 2 months from the day of order) in order to remain financially accessible. An additional cost for delivery will be requested for the following countries:

- Saint-Barthélemy

Yes. If it is not being processed, we can give you a full refund. If it has already been processed, the cancellation fee is 50%.
