Processing your order, manufacturing the products and delivering (free) requires our team a maximum of 10 to 15 working days. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

Your tracking number will be systematically communicated to you by email once your product has been shipped. This will allow you to track your order with the tracking system of your local shipping company (e.g. LaPoste tracking in France)

Your order may be shipped in several packages for speed. If all your packages have arrived and you still don't have all your items, contact our customer service team by email.

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free (excluding overseas territories).

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed package?

With our secure delivery , Tendance-Rond takes care of disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We do not blame the carrier. We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense . However, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package. As soon as the product is received you can be reimbursed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Deliveries to overseas France (DOM-TOM) are generally longer (up to 2 months from the day of the order) in order to remain financially accessible. An additional cost for delivery will be requested for the following countries:

Yes. You can modify your order if it does not yet have the status “being processed”

Yes. If it is not being processed, we can refund you in full. If it has already been processed, the cancellation fee is 50%.
